不擾民施工措施
為保證讓施工現場周圍的單位、居民有一個良好的工作、學習和生活環境，在施工過程中要嚴格執行以下不擾民施工措施：
1．晚上十點至早上六點，原則上停止一切建筑施工活動，特別是噪聲較大的施工活動，以免影響周圍的單位、居民的休息。不可避免要在該時段內施工作業，施工前要先取得周圍的單位、居民或居委會的同意，并到政府有關部門辦理相應施工許可手續。
2．施工過程中所產生的垃圾、廢水、廢氣等有可能污染周圍環境的，應采取相應措施及時處理，不可隨意傾倒、排放。
3．施工現場車輛進出場時，要避開每日上、下班（學）時段，不要造成施工現場周圍交通不暢或發生事故。
4．施工現場材料的運輸車輛要沖洗干凈，方可進出現場，運送散裝材料的車輛要有防止散落、飄落的措施，防止污染周圍地面。運送砂、石的車輛在卸車時，要避開居民休息時段，以免卸料噪音影響他人休息。
5．施工過程中若造成周圍環境地面及空氣污染，應及時中止施工并采取有力措施及時清理、整改。
