1、 進入施工現場必須遵守信達建筑工程有限公司的各項規章制度和紀律。
2、 在室內推小車時，特別是在過道中拐彎時要注意小車把擠手。人推小車不準倒退。
3、 夜間作業要有足夠的照明并經二級漏電保護。
4、 燈具應架空并用支架固定，離地面不低于2.4m。不得隨便移動臨時照明。
5、 使用磨石子機，應戴絕緣手套、腳穿膠鞋。
6、 電源線須經過二級漏電保護并用橡皮電纜線，且不得有接關頭現象。
7、 三角磨石必須安裝牢固并有防護罩，經試運轉正常后方可操作，不得在運轉時進行保養。
8、 擦草酸時人人都要佩戴膠皮手套，以免傷手。
9、 磨石機上方不準站人或堆物。
10、井架吊籃提升或下降時，必須關好井架安全門。
11、卸料平臺處的操作工人，不得將頭、手伸入井架內。

16、新工人進場后應先經過三級安全交底，并經考試合格后方可讓其正式上崗。
17、新工人進場應具有四證，即：職業資質證、身份證、計劃生育證和外來人口暫住證。
