1.個(gè)人防護(hù)：操作人員衣服要靈便，袖口、褲腳和腰要束緊，腳要穿軟底鞋，頭戴安全帽，上井架要佩安全帶。
2.基座安裝：基礎(chǔ)要平整夯實(shí)，遇有松軟地基，要鋪條石或倒砼，并設(shè)置地腳螺栓，底座安裝要平穩(wěn)、牢固，并有排水措施。
