1、在操作之前必須檢查操作環境是否符合安全要求，道路是否暢通，機具是否完好牢固，安全設施和防護用品是否齊全，經檢查符合要求后才可施工。
2、砌基礎時，應檢查和經常注意基坑土質變化情況，有無崩裂現象，堆放磚塊材料應離開坑邊1m以上，當深基坑裝設擋板支撐時，操作人員應設梯子上下，不得攀跳，運料不得碰撞支撐，也不得踩踏砌體和支撐上下。
