1、工程概況
北京××工程位于××區××路××號，總建筑面積××m2，基地尺寸41.16×43.96m。地下二層，地上十六層，結構型式全現澆框架一筒體結構，±0.000相當絕結標高51.70m，設計室外地坪為-0.45m，基底埋深-10.75m，檐高59.65m，建筑物總高65.40m。
現場試驗室設置在施工現場西南角，離建筑物15m左右，便于結構施工相對現場各種材料進行取樣，對進場 的混凝土及時進行坍落度測試和試塊制作，并及時將試塊送入養護室進行養護，基養護室采用自動溫濕控制儀控制，保證養護室內標準溫濕高。
