一、工程概況
本工程位于×××××小區(qū)西區(qū)15、17、20＃住宅樓工程位于北京市××區(qū)××村。北臨規(guī)劃××二號(hào)路。總建筑面積為50803m2。地下二層為五級(jí)普通人防，地下一層為設(shè)備間、自行車庫和管理用房，地上為住宅。
北京市地區(qū)的雨季施工為6月－8月，該季節(jié)的歷史平均降雨量為423mm，占北京市年平均降雨量的74％。期間有數(shù)次的大到暴雨天氣，局部地區(qū)可能出現(xiàn)洪澇災(zāi)害。因此雨季施工時(shí)，應(yīng)與當(dāng)?shù)貧庀蟛块T密切聯(lián)系，注意收聽當(dāng)?shù)靥鞖忸A(yù)報(bào)，做好預(yù)防準(zhǔn)備工作。
二、雨季施工原則
本工程雨季施工階段要完成主體結(jié)構(gòu)和二次結(jié)構(gòu)的施工。施工任務(wù)繁重，為確保工程質(zhì)量，搞好安全生產(chǎn)，保證各項(xiàng)計(jì)劃指標(biāo)任務(wù)的完成，必須從思想上、組織上、措施上、物資上盡早做好充分準(zhǔn)備，做到思想落實(shí)、組織落實(shí)、措施落實(shí)、物資落實(shí)、汛期施工做到有備無患，雨季施工總的原則是“做好排水、擋水、防水工作”，總的要求是，室內(nèi)工程雨季不影響施工，室外工程小雨不間斷施工，大雨期間暫停施工，大雨過后即可施工，暴雨過后不影響施工。
