000工程項目模板設(shè)計方案.doc

一． 工程概況
本工程建筑面積約20000平方米，由二個幢號組成商住樓，現(xiàn)澆鋼筋砼
十三層框剪結(jié)構(gòu)，結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計按8度抗震設(shè)防。建筑總高約為45米，層高為3米，最大跨為6米。
二． 施工方法
（一） 施工準(zhǔn)備
1、模板安裝前基本工作：
（1）放線：首先引測建筑的邊柱、墻軸線，并以該軸線為起點(diǎn)，引出各條軸線。模板放線時，根據(jù)施工圖用墨線彈出模板的中心線和邊線，墻模板要彈出模板的邊線和外側(cè)控制線，以便于模板安裝和校正。
（2）用水準(zhǔn)儀把建筑水平標(biāo)高根據(jù)實(shí)際標(biāo)高的要求，直接引測到模板安裝位置。
（3）模板墊底部位應(yīng)預(yù)先找平，雜物清理干凈，以保證模板位置正確，防止模板底部漏漿或砼成形后爛根。
（4）需用的模板及配件對其規(guī)格、數(shù)量逐項清點(diǎn)檢查，未經(jīng)修復(fù)的部件不得使用。
（5）工長事先確定模板的組裝設(shè)計方案，向施工班組進(jìn)行技術(shù)、質(zhì)量、安全交底。
（6）經(jīng)檢查合格的模板應(yīng)按安裝程序進(jìn)行堆放或運(yùn)輸。堆放整齊，底部模板應(yīng)墊離地面不少10cm.
（7）支承支柱的土壤地面，應(yīng)事先夯實(shí)整平，加鋪50厚墊板，并做好防水、排水設(shè)置。
（8）模板應(yīng)涂刷脫模劑。結(jié)構(gòu)表面需作處理的

2. Construction Method
