1、工程概況
本工程為XX市XX大道人行道工程。工程建設地點位于XX經濟技術開發區南部，西起XX路，東止XX高速公路連接線，本工程設計起點--終點為：K0+000—K1+810.18南側，全長1510.18M（不含王家河大橋300M橋面），該人行道寬6M。
 本人行道路工程主要工序為：人工土方；路床平整碾壓；機械外運土方；C15砼墊層；廣場磚鋪裝；花崗石鋪裝；雨花石鋪裝。
    2、施工部署及管理目標
