1-1-1工程概況
XX市第一人民醫(yī)院新住院大樓建設(shè)工程，建設(shè)地點位于湖南省XX市第一人民醫(yī)院院內(nèi)。建筑物地上為14層，其中1-4層為裙樓，其中3-4層之間設(shè)有一層設(shè)備層，4-14層為主樓，地下層為1層，屋頂設(shè)電梯機房、儲藏間等，總建筑面積為53000m2，其中主樓建筑面積為32588 m2 ，裙樓1-4層建筑面積為16180 m2，地下層建筑面積為4232 m2，建筑總高度為54.30m，框架結(jié)構(gòu)、地下層部分為剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，設(shè)計建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的安全等級為二級，耐火等級為一級，本工程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計使用年限為50年。
本工程各層建筑功能分別為：
地下層：車庫、消防水池、值班室、冷凍機房、配電房等，層高為5.50m；
一層：大堂、藥庫、商店、銀行、消防控制室等，層高為4.20m；
二層：計算機中心、康復中心、血庫、各專業(yè)治療室等，層高為3.80m；
三層：家屬等候區(qū)、餐廳、更衣室、手術(shù)室等，層高為4.50m；
設(shè)備層：電纜井、管道井等，層高為2.19m；
四層：外科病房、示教室、護士站等，層高為3.61m；
五層：活動室、示教室、婦科病房、產(chǎn)科病房等，層高為3.60m；
六層：活動室、示教室、標準病房、新生兒科等，層高為3.60m；

1-1-1 Project Overview

Four layers: a surgical ward, said the classroom, nursing stations, floors to 3.61m;
Five levels: activity room, demonstration room, gynecological ward, maternity ward and so on, story is 3.60m;
Six: activity room, demonstration room, standard rooms, neonatal, etc. storey is 3.60m;
