基坑護(hù)坡工程施工方案
1.概述
北京X工程,位于北京市XX區(qū),東臨XX路,南臨XX。本工程A、B、E座地上XX層,C1~C2、D座地上X層,全現(xiàn)澆剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。4層框架結(jié)構(gòu)綜合樓,均設(shè)2層地下室。自然地面標(biāo)高為36.30m,±0.000絕對(duì)高程為37.50m,基礎(chǔ)埋深約6. 00m。
因施工現(xiàn)場狹窄,為保證周邊建(構(gòu))筑物的安全和基礎(chǔ)施工的順利進(jìn)行,須對(duì)基坑進(jìn)行有效支護(hù)。

2.基坑護(hù)坡設(shè)計(jì)及施工方案
2.1 設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)
2.1 北京市XX勘察院提供的本場地《工程地質(zhì)勘察報(bào)告》。
2.2 體重度統(tǒng)一取為 r = 20kN/m 。
2.3 地面超載按一般情況,考慮為 q=20kN/ m 。
2.4 設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算遵循國家及北京市有關(guān)規(guī)范,主要有:
《建筑地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB50007-2002)
《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB50010-2002 )
《建筑基坑支護(hù)技術(shù)規(guī)程》(JGJ120-99 )
《建筑地基處理技術(shù)規(guī)范》(JGJ79—2002)
2.2 設(shè)計(jì)方案
根據(jù)我公司在北京地區(qū)施工經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合類似工程實(shí)際情況,綜合考慮技術(shù)安全和經(jīng)濟(jì)合理,采用錨噴土釘墻方案。東側(cè)、南側(cè)作斜坡,共4排土釘,從上至下長度依次為5m、6m、5m、4m,錨筋1φ16,四排錨筋φ,間距依次為1.4m、1.3m、1.3m、1.4m,水平間距1.4m;西側(cè)、北側(cè)、東南角按1:0.5放坡,共4排土釘,從上至下長度依次為5m、5m、5m、4m,錨筋1φ16,間距依次為1.4m、3m、3m、l.4m,水平間距1.4m.。
以上設(shè)計(jì)土釘傾角均為5°~100°橫壓筋2φ14通長,豎壓筋2φ14通長,與橫壓筋在土釘墻端部井字架形焊接。土釘成孔直徑100mm鋼筋網(wǎng)片φ6@200×200,現(xiàn)場綁扎或焊接而成;面層噴射C20混凝土,厚度60~80mm。
本工程采取信息法施工,各段土釘?shù)呐艛?shù)、長度、間距應(yīng)根據(jù)實(shí)際情況由現(xiàn)場技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人做出調(diào)整。
A座西側(cè)化糞池采用護(hù)坡樁,樁數(shù)14根,樁長12m,樁徑600mm,混凝土

2.2 design
