第一節(jié) 施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)基本要求
一．基本要求
1．現(xiàn)場(chǎng)要有明顯的防火宣傳標(biāo)志，每月對(duì)職工進(jìn)行一次防火教育，定期組織防火檢查，建立防火工作檔案。
2．電工，焊工從事電氣設(shè)備安裝電、氣焊作業(yè)，要有操作證和用火證。動(dòng)火前要清除附近易燃物，配備看火人員和滅火用具。用火證當(dāng)日有效。動(dòng)火地點(diǎn)變換，要重新辦理用火手續(xù)。
3．使用電氣設(shè)備和易燃、易爆物品，必須嚴(yán)格防火措施，指定防火負(fù)責(zé)人，配備滅火器材，確保施工安全。
4．因施工需要搭設(shè)臨時(shí)建筑，應(yīng)符合防盜、防火要求，不得使用易燃材料。城區(qū)內(nèi)的工地一般不準(zhǔn)支搭木板房。必須支搭時(shí)，須經(jīng)消防監(jiān)督機(jī)關(guān)批準(zhǔn)。
5．施工材料的堆放、保管，應(yīng)符合防火安全要求，庫(kù)房應(yīng)用非燃材料搭設(shè)。易燃、易爆物品，應(yīng)專庫(kù)儲(chǔ)存，分類單獨(dú)
