一、總 則：為了提高工程質(zhì)量，保障“屋面工程的使用功能性良好”的原則，依照國(guó)家現(xiàn)行施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和asdf企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，進(jìn)行斜屋面的施工；每道施工工序，嚴(yán)格的在監(jiān)理人員的監(jiān)督下進(jìn)行，并對(duì)每道工序進(jìn)行檢查驗(yàn)收、評(píng)審，作出檢驗(yàn)記錄，報(bào)監(jiān)理人員簽證備案。本工程10號(hào)、12號(hào)樓仍各按原施工分段分為兩個(gè)作業(yè)段進(jìn)行施工。二、斜屋面施工領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組：組 長(zhǎng)： 副組長(zhǎng)：成 員： 三、施工準(zhǔn)備： 1． 人員準(zhǔn)備：抽調(diào)技術(shù)水平較高的技術(shù)工人進(jìn)行操作；其中：測(cè)量工 人、木工 人、鋼筋工 人、混凝土工 人、防水工人、裝飾工 人、普工 人； 2． 材料準(zhǔn)備：按施工要求及施工順序和用料計(jì)劃，及時(shí)按施工材料管理制度進(jìn)料，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)材料可滿足需要；所有主材必須有出廠合格證，鋼材、水泥、砂石料、防水材料等必須經(jīng)宜昌市建筑工程質(zhì)量檢測(cè)站檢驗(yàn)合格，屋面瓦必須經(jīng)
