懸挑式鋼平臺設(shè)計方案

一、工程概況：
蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)東湖大郡Ⅰ標(biāo)段工程由蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)建屋發(fā)展有限公司開發(fā)，中國建筑西南勘察研究院（蘇州）勘察設(shè)計，蘇州市建筑設(shè)計研究院設(shè)計，江蘇蘇中建設(shè)集團股份有限公司承建。工程抗震設(shè)計烈度六度。建筑抗震設(shè)防類別為丙類建筑，建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全等級為二級，結(jié)構(gòu)使用年限為50年。
砌筑磚墻及粗裝修材料運輸比較困難，在塔吊起吊范圍內(nèi)擬搭設(shè)懸挑式鋼平臺。
為確保工期安全，現(xiàn)依據(jù)國家JGJ80-91有關(guān)鋼平臺規(guī)定，擬定安裝懸挑式鋼平臺。
二、鋼平臺設(shè)計
1、設(shè)計的鋼平臺面積：
可利用平臺面積為10.05m2（其中走道平臺2.43m2）（見圖）
2、設(shè)計荷載：
（1）、平臺自重不大于0.74T，滿足塔機最大幅度吊運對荷載要求：
A、[16槽鋼24m×19.74kg/m=473.76kg
B、∠80×80角鋼3.6m×8.5kg/m=30.6kg
C、∠50×50角鋼13.6m×3.77kg/m=51.3kg
D、多層膠合板0.18m3×400kg/m3=72kg
E、欄桿、附平臺短件估100kg
（2）、活荷載為1500N（一部運輸小拖車和1-2人）。
