一期工程辦公樓屋面工程施工方案.doc

本工程屋面采用珍珠巖保溫，SBS防水卷材結(jié)合防水涂膜聚氨酯防水層。
一、施工程序：
基層清理→管道堵洞、找平層→涂膜防水層→彈線→找坡層→保溫層鋪設(shè)→找平層→卷材防水層→面層。
施工要點(diǎn)：
1：8水泥珍珠巖找坡：找坡坡度為2%，操作前應(yīng)在女兒墻上彈出標(biāo)明珍珠巖鋪設(shè)的厚度及坡度，另外，在屋頂做出找坡灰餅，以示珍珠巖鋪設(shè)的厚度及坡度。鋪設(shè)由高向低，最低處不得低于40mm。找坡層施工完畢，鋪設(shè)100厚水泥珍珠巖保溫塊。
二、 卷材防水卷材施工
1、材料及要求：
防水卷材材料應(yīng)具有出廠合格證或廠家產(chǎn)品的認(rèn)證文件，材料進(jìn)場后做復(fù)試，合格后方可使用。
2、主要機(jī)具：汽油噴燈、攪拌桶、滾刷、剪刀、壓滾、清理工具等。
3、作業(yè)條件：
（1）基層應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)要求抹好找平層，要求抹平、壓光、堅(jiān)實(shí)平整、不起砂，不空鼓，坡度符合設(shè)計(jì)，無積水現(xiàn)象。
（2）基層應(yīng)基本干燥，含水率低于8%。

1, material and requirements:

2, the main equipment: gas burner, stirring drum, roller brush, scissors, pressure roller, cleaning tools.
3, the operating conditions:
(1) primary design requirements should be smeared with leveling layer, required disappearing, the pressure of light, solid formation, can not afford to sand, not void, slope consistent with the design, no water phenomenon.
(2) basic primary should be dry, moisture content below 8%.
