主廠房磚砌體、抹灰工程作業(yè)指導書
一、    概況
1．1    ****二期主廠房磚砌體工程指A~D列1~19軸范圍內的所有砌筑、粉刷。包括汽機房12.6m以下的外墻、除氧煤倉間部分外墻、室內各功能分隔墻、屋面女兒墻等，屬于主廠房砼框架結構后的又一重要結構分部。 
1．2    根據(jù)溫州地區(qū)有關規(guī)定，重點項目推廣使用蒸壓灰砂磚，為此本工程采用灰砂磚砌筑。經試驗比較，灰砂磚強度能滿足設計要求，容重略大于普通粘土磚，但不影響設計值。砌筑用砂漿為Mu7.5水泥砂漿。
1．3    除圖紙注明尺寸外，磚墻厚度均為240mm。本工程磚墻共約1000m3，墻面粉刷約10000m2，根據(jù)總體進度要求，3#機部分在4月底結束，4#機部分在6月底結束，絕對工期為6個月。
1．4    工程特點。本工程工作量較大，分布范圍廣，延用工期長，且處于結構與安裝交接階段，施工環(huán)境較復雜，墻體予留孔洞、預埋件較多。為了確保工程質量，各工作面合理交接，使整體工程順利進展，有必要對本砌筑，粉刷工程進行全面科學的控制、管理。
二、    施工準備 
2．1 人員情況 
本工程工作量較大，但實用工期偏緊，為確保進度，勞動力安排要相對集中，分層分部位進行突擊，人員安排如下表：
