一、 工程概況
****工程建設項目位于昆明市**路延長線***號，占地約300畝，由云南***房地產開發有限公司開發，小區共劃為兩個標段，總建筑面積約為32萬平方米，設計由云南***設計院和昆明**大學設計研究院分標段設計，小區規劃建筑為七層住宅區和小高層住宅區，工程地質勘察由昆明**建筑勘察設計院進行地質勘察。
由本施工單位組織施工的為小高層住宅區的共12幢，均為十三層框剪結構，基中地下一層，地上十三層。場地屬古滇池湖
