塑料（塑膠）面層施工工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
9．21．3基本規(guī)定
（1）塑料板面應(yīng)采用塑料板塊材、塑料板焊接、塑料卷材以上膠粘劑在水泥類基層上鋪設(shè)。
（2）水泥類基層表面應(yīng)平整、堅(jiān)硬、干燥、密實(shí)、潔凈、無油脂及其他雜質(zhì)，不得有麻面、起砂裂縫等缺陷。
（3）膠粘劑選用應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《民用建筑工程室內(nèi)環(huán)境污染控制規(guī)范》GB50325-2001的規(guī)定。其產(chǎn)品應(yīng)按基層材料和面層材料使用的相容性要求，通過試驗(yàn)確定。
（4）塑料板面層的允許偏差應(yīng)符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《建筑地面工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》GB50209-2002中表6.1.8的規(guī)定。
（5）應(yīng)遵守9.1.3和9.1.6的有關(guān)的規(guī)定。
9.21.4  施工準(zhǔn)備

9.21.3 Basic requirements
(1) The board of plastic materials to be used plastic plates, plastic sheet welding, adhesive plastic sheet over the laying of the concrete class of grass-roots level.
(2) Cement primary surface should be smooth, hard, dry, dense, clean, no grease and other impurities, may not have pockmarked face, from the sand cracks and other defects.
(3) The adhesive used should be consistent with current national standard "civil engineering indoor environmental pollution control" GB50325-2001 requirements. Basic materials and their products should be used in surface material compatibility requirements, determined through experiments.
(4) The surface layer of plastic sheet to allow deviation should be consistent with national standards "of Ground Engineering Construction Quality Acceptance" GB50209-2002 the provisions of Table 6.1.8.
(5) shall comply with 9.1.3 and 9.1.6 of the relevant requirements.
