8.1 新型防水卷材應用技術
新型防水卷材是具有特定的長度、寬度和厚度的柔性防水材料。根據防水
卷材的主要原料可分為兩大類：高聚物改性瀝青類防水卷材、合成高分子
防水卷材。
8.1.1 高聚物改性瀝青防水卷材應用技術
(1) 主要技術內容
高聚物改性瀝青防水卷材，是以高聚物改性瀝青為涂蓋物以聚酯胎、玻纖
胎等為胎體，表面覆以聚乙烯膜、鋁箔膜、砂粒或頁巖片的防水卷材。
主要品種：1）SBS（彈性體）改性瀝青防水卷材：以SBS 改性瀝青類防水
卷材為主的彈性體改性瀝青防水卷材還包括SBR、EPDM 等彈性體改性瀝青
防水卷材等；2）APP（塑性體）改性瀝青防水卷材：以APP 改性瀝青類防
水卷材為主的塑性體改性瀝青防水卷材還包括APAO、或APO 改性瀝青防水
卷材等。SBS 改性瀝青防水卷材的低溫性能較好可達25℃， 可在溫度較
低條件下施工，耐高溫性能為90℃～100℃。APP 改性瀝青防水卷材耐高
溫的能力強可達110℃～130℃不流淌，低溫性能可在﹣15℃～﹣10℃。適
用于溫度較高環境及外露使用。高聚物改性瀝青防水卷材的胎體性能對應
用效果影響極大；應首選強度和延伸率均好的長纖維聚酯胎或無堿、低堿
玻纖胎高聚物改性瀝青防水卷材。高聚物改性瀝青防水卷材應重點推廣達
到標準中Ⅱ型指標要求的SBS（APP）改性瀝青防水卷材產品。重點推廣厚
度達到4mm、3mm 以上規格的產品和熱熔施工法，一般可根據設防要求分
別采用雙層(4mm+4mm；4mm+3mm；3mm+3mm)或單層(4mm)作法。
(2) 主要技術指標
高聚物改性瀝青防水卷材執行《彈性體改性瀝青防水卷材》GB18242-2000
和《塑性體改性瀝青防水卷材》GB18243-2000 等標準的規定。
(3) 適用范圍
SBS（APP）改性瀝青防水卷材適用于工業與民用建筑的屋面與地下1～4
級防水設防。
(4) 已應用的典型工程
SBS（APP）改性瀝青防水卷材已在國內外廣泛應用于工業與民用建筑的屋
面與地下防水工程。目前年用量達6000～7000 萬m2。典型工程如：首都
機場2、3 號航站樓地下防水、中關村西區、北京新聞中心、
