　　根據《合同法》及有關規定，按照平等互利的原則，為明確出租方與承租方的權利義務，經雙方協商一致，簽訂本合同。
　　第一條　租賃物資的品名、規格、數量、質量。詳見合同附件（略）。
　　第二條　租賃期限
