第一條   受項目部經(jīng)理領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，受公司財務(wù)部指導(dǎo)。
第二條   基本職責(zé)
1． 貫徹執(zhí)行國家財經(jīng)方針、政策、法令和各項規(guī)章制度，遵照公司有關(guān)規(guī)定，并結(jié)合項目部情況，制定補(bǔ)充規(guī)定和實施細(xì)則，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行。
2． 制定項目部資金管理，成本費用管理等財務(wù)制度并組織實施。
強(qiáng)化項目部財務(wù)分析，當(dāng)好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的參謀，對項目部財務(wù)活動進(jìn)行分析，為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)
Finance Department Duties
