      1、 認真貫徹執行黨的方針政策及上級的指示,積極有效的加強同經理部內外各方面的聯系,及時準確地了解和掌握生產情況及管理方面的情況,并進行綜合分析,整理成材料向公司有關部門報告。
      2、 給經理部領導當好參謀,根據經理部領導指示,督促檢查各部門對各項決議、條例、法規、命令及重要會議精神和指示的貫徹執行情況,處理好日常事務工作,對重要的事件或情況應立即向經理部主管領導匯報。
      3、 認真做好各種會議的籌備工作,做好會議記錄并及時整理形成經理部綜合性的文件,對有關情況要及時向公司和甲方及監理通報。
      4、 做好辦公室日常事務工作。
      5、 負責本辦公室所有辦公設施的管理、使用、維修和辦公用品的購置、發放及辦公文稿的送審、送批等。
      6、 根據經理部黨支部和經理辦公精神,擬寫各種文件及信息上報并向甲方及監理通報。
      7、 建立健全各種規章制度,加強內部管理,搞好綜合治理,杜絕各種刑事案件的發生,創造安全有序的工作環境,保證施工生產的順利進行。
      8、 搞好車輛管理,對小車進行有效的調度使用。
      9、 掌握好行政印章的使用,保管好上級及甲方下發的文件,及時處理好文稿、信函,建好臺帳,并做好保密工作。
      10、 加大食堂等后勤管理力度,搞好職工生活,做好生產服務工作。
