地基與基礎工程專業承包企業資質等級標準

地基與基礎工程專業承包企業資質分為一級、二級、三級。
一級資質標準：
1. 企業近5年承擔過下列5項中的3項以上所列工程的施工，工程質量合格。
（1） 25層以上房屋建筑或高度超過100米構筑物的地基與基礎工程；
（2） 深度超過15米的軟弱地基處理；
（3） 單樁承受荷載在6000kN以上的地基與基礎工程；
（4） 深度超過11米的深大基坑圍護及土石方工程；
（5） 單項工程造價500萬元以上地基與基礎工程2人或200萬元以上地基與基礎工程4個。
2. 企業經理具有10年以上從事工程管理工作經歷或具有高級職稱；總工程師具有10年以上從事地基與基礎施工技術管理工作經歷并具有相關專業高級職稱；總會計師具有中級以上會計職稱。
企業有職稱的工程技術和經濟管理人員不少于60人，其中工程技術人員不少于50人；工程技術人員中，地下、巖土、機械等專業人員不少于25人，具有中級以上職稱的人員不少于20人。
企業具有的一級資質項目經理不少于6人。
3. 企業注冊資本金1500萬元以上，企業凈資產1800萬元以上。
4. 企業近3年最高年工程結算收入5000萬元以上。
5. 企業具有專用施工設備20臺以上和相應的運輸、檢測設備。
二級資質標準：
1. 企業近5年承擔過下列4項中的2項以上所列工程的施工，工程質量合格。
（1） 12層以上房屋建筑或高度超過60米構筑物的地基與基礎工程；
（2） 深度超過13米的軟弱地基處理；
（3） 深度超過8米的深大基坑圍護及土石方工程；
（4） 單項工程造價500萬元以上地基與基礎工程1人或200萬元以上地基與基礎工程2個。
企業經理具有8年以上從事工程管理工作經歷或具有中級以上職稱；技術負責人具有8年以上從事地基與基礎施工技術管理工作經歷并具有相關專業高級職稱；財務
