港口與海岸工程專業(yè)承包企業(yè)資質等級標準

港口與海岸工程專業(yè)承包企業(yè)資質分為一級、二級、三級。
一級資質標準：
1. 企業(yè)近5年承擔過下列5項中的3項以上工程的施工，工程質量合格。
（1） 沿海3萬噸或內河5000噸級以上碼頭；
（2） 5萬噸級以上船塢；
（3） 水深>5米防波堤600米以上；
（4） 1000米以上圍堤護岸工程；
（5） 單項合同額沿海1億元或內河5000萬元以上的港口與海岸工程。
2. 企業(yè)經理具有10年以上從事工程管理工作經歷或具有高級職稱；總工程師具有10年以上從事工程施工技術管理工作經歷并具有相關專業(yè)高級職稱；總會計師具有高級會計職稱。
企業(yè)有職稱的工程技術和經濟管理人員不少于200人，其中工程技術人員不少于120人；工程技術人員中，具有高級職稱的人員不少于15人，具有中級以上職稱的人員不少于40人。
企業(yè)具有的一級資質項目經理不少于15人。
3. 企業(yè)注冊資本金4000萬元以上，企業(yè)凈資產5000萬元以上。
4. 企業(yè)近3年最高年工程結算收入1.5億元以上。
Port and coastal engineering contractor Enterprise Qualifications

Port and coastal engineering contracting business qualification is divided into primary, secondary and tertiary.
A qualification standards:
1. Enterprises over the past five years, the following five commitments in the three above works, engineering quality standards.
(1) Coastal 30,000 tons or 5,000 tons or more inland terminals;
(2) 5-million-ton dock;
(3) water depth> 5 m above 600 m breakwater;
(4) 1000 meters above the embankment slope protection works;
(5) A single contract, Coastal 100 million yuan or the amount of 50 million yuan or more inland port and coastal engineering.
2. Business manager with 10 years experience in engineering management or a senior professional title; chief engineer with 10 years of technology management in construction related professional work experience and have senior professional title; chief accountant with the title of senior accountant.
Titles in engineering enterprises and economic management of not less than 200 people, including engineers and technicians of not less than 120; engineering and technical personnel with senior professional title of not less than 15 people, with many intermediate or above professional title at 40.
Enterprises of a qualified project manager with at least 15 people.
3. Enterprises registered capital of 40 million yuan or more than 50 million yuan of net assets.
4. Business works the last 3 years the highest annual income of 150 million yuan more than the balance sheet.
