作事業有了很大發展。特別是近年貫徹“一業為主,多種經營”和
“實業化、國際化、集團化”方針以來,越來越多的煤炭施工企業
走向了國際市場。如何迅速提高國際工程施工水平,提高參與國際
煤炭建筑市場的競爭能力,早日實現與國際工程施工慣例接軌,這是
我國煤炭施工企業亟待解決的一個問題。國際工程市場以市場經濟
的思維方式為出發點,講究高效、透明,合同覆行運作比國內同類工
程要復雜的多。
