A、施工準備：
2.1 材料要求：
2.1.1 水泥：325號普通硅酸鹽水泥或礦渣硅酸鹽水泥。應有出廠證明或復試單，若出廠超過三個月，應按試驗結果使用。
2.1.2 白水泥：325號白水泥。
2.1.3 砂子：粗砂或中砂，用前過篩。
2.1.4 陶瓷錦磚（馬賽克）：應表面平整，顏色一致，每張長寬規格一致，尺寸正確，邊棱整齊，一次進場。錦磚脫紙時間不得大于40min。
2.l.5 石灰膏：應用塊狀生石灰淋制，淋制時必須用孔徑不大于3mm×3mm的篩過濾，并貯存在沉淀池中。
熟化時間，常溫下一般不少于15d；用于罩面時，不應少于30d。使用時，石灰膏內不得含有末熟化的顆粒和其它雜質。
2.1.6 生石灰粉：抹灰用的石灰膏可用磨細生石灰粉代替，其細度應通過4900孔/cm2篩。
用于罩面時，熟化時間不應小于 3d。
2.1.7 紙筋：用白紙筋或草紙筋，使用前三周應用水浸透搗爛。使用時宜用小鋼磨磨細。
2.1.8 聚乙烯醇縮甲醛（即107膠）和礦物顏料等。
2.2 主要機具：
2.2.1 磅秤、鐵板、孔徑5mm篩子、窗紗

2.1 Material Requirements:
2.1.1 Cement: ordinary portland cement 325, or slag cement. Certificate of origin or re-testing should be a single, more than three months if the factory, test results should be used.
2.1.2 white cement: white cement 325.
2.1.3 Sand: coarse sand or in sand, with pre-sifted.
2.1.4 Kam Ceramic tile (Mosaic): should be smooth surface and color, each the same length and width specifications, dimensions are correct and neat side edges, one approach. Kam paper brick off time shall be less than 40min.
2.l.5 lime cream: The massive lime leaching system, leaching system must be used no more than 3mm × 3mm aperture sieve filtration, and stored in the settling tank.
Aging time, room temperature, generally not less than 15d; for the overlay should not be less than 30d. When used, lime cream shall not contain the end of ripening of the particles and other impurities.
2.1.6 Lime Powder: Lime plaster paste can be used instead of pulverized quicklime powder, its fineness, through 4900 holes / cm2 screen.
For the overlay, the curing time should not be less than 3d.
2.1.7 Paper bars: bars with white bars or toilet paper, soaked with water before use smashed three weeks. When it is appropriate to use a small steel mill pulverized.
2.1.8 polyvinyl formal (ie, 107 gum), and mineral pigments.
