一、 施工準備
（一） 作業(yè)條件
1、 辦完地基驗槽及隱檢手續(xù)。
2、 辦完基槽驗線驗收手續(xù)。
3、 有混凝土配合比通知單、準備好試驗用工器具。
（二） 材料要求
1、 水泥：水泥品種、強度等級應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)計要求確定，質(zhì)量符合現(xiàn)行水泥標準。工期緊時可做水泥快測。
2、 砂、石子：根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸、鋼筋密度、混凝土施工工藝、混凝土強度等級的要求確定石子粒徑、砂子細度。砂、石質(zhì)量符合現(xiàn)行標準要求。
3、 水：自來水或不含有害物質(zhì)的潔凈水。
4、 外加劑：根據(jù)施工組織設(shè)計要求，確定是否采用外加劑。外加劑必須經(jīng)試驗合格后，方可在工程上使用。
5、 摻合料：根據(jù)施工組織設(shè)計要求，確定是否采用摻合料。質(zhì)量符合現(xiàn)行標準要求。
6、 鋼筋：鋼筋的級別、規(guī)格必須符合設(shè)計要求，質(zhì)量符合現(xiàn)行標準要求。鋼筋表面應(yīng)保持清潔，無銹蝕和油污。
7、 脫模劑：水質(zhì)隔離劑。

(B) material requirements

2, sand, gravel: According to the structure, size, density reinforced concrete construction techniques, concrete strength requirements determine the size of gravel, sand fineness. Sand, stone quality and meet the current standards.
3, Water: tap water or clean water free of harmful substances.
4, admixture: According to the construction organization design requirements, determine whether the use of additives. Additives must be approved by test-requisite for use in engineering.

6, steel: steel grade, size must meet the design requirements, quality meets current standards. Steel surface should be kept clean and free of rust and oil.
