一、 施工準備
（一） 作業(yè)條件
1、 地上、地下障礙物都處理完畢，達到“三通一平”。施工用臨時設(shè)施準備就緒。
2、 場地標高一般為承臺梁的上皮標高，并經(jīng)過夯實或碾壓。
3、 分段制作好鋼筋籠，以5-8m為宜。
4、 根據(jù)圖紙放出軸線及樁位點，布設(shè)抄水平標高木樁，并經(jīng)過驗收簽認。
5、 施工前作成孔試驗，數(shù)量不少于2根。
6、 選擇和確定鉆孔機進出路線和鉆孔順序，制定施工方案。
（二） 材料要求
1、 水泥：采用42.5級礦渣硅酸鹽水泥。有產(chǎn)品合格證，出廠檢驗報告和進場復(fù)驗報告。
2、 砂：中砂或粗砂，含泥量不大于5%，有進場復(fù)驗報告。
3、 石子：卵石或碎石，含泥量不大于2%。有進場復(fù)驗報告。
4、 水：自來水或不含有害物質(zhì)的潔凈水。
5、 鋼筋：鋼筋的品種，級別或規(guī)格必須符合設(shè)計要求，有產(chǎn)品合格證，出廠檢驗報告和進場復(fù)驗報告，表面清潔無老銹和油污。
6、 墊塊：用1:3水泥砂漿埋22#火燒絲提前預(yù)制成或用塑料卡。
7、 火燒絲：規(guī)格18～20#鐵絲燒成。
8、 外加劑、摻合料：根據(jù)施工需要通過試驗確定。有出廠質(zhì)量證明文件、檢測報告，復(fù)試報告。
（三） 施工機具
螺旋鉆孔機、機動小翻斗車或手推車、長短棒式
