室內消防氣體（鹵代烷）滅火系統管道及設備安裝
1  范圍
    本工藝標準適用于重要機房、珍藏庫、檔案庫等建筑。室內消防采用鹵代烷氣體滅火系統管道及設備安裝工程。鹵代烷滅火劑具有不導電、不污染特點，但只有在密閉空間中才能取得良好效果。
2  施工準備
    2.1  材料設備要求：
    2.1.1  室內消防氣體（鹵代烷）滅火設備、鋼材、管材、管件、各類閥件及附屬制品零配件等，應有出廠證明書及產品合格證。進入現場后，安裝使用前做檢查、驗證工作，必須符合國家有關規范、部頒標準及消防監督部門的規定和要求。
    2.1.2  按照施工安裝進度計劃核對進場后的材料數量，檢驗其規格、型號、尺寸、質量是否符合設計圖紙要求。
    2.1.2.1  鍍鋅碳素無縫鋼管及管件：
    a  管材：采用鍍鋅碳素無縫鋼管或加厚鍍鋅碳素鋼管，管壁內外鍍鋅均勻，無銹蝕，內壁無卡筋，管壁厚度應符合設計要求。選擇管材時，內部經受的壓力應滿足設計要求。
    b  管件：采用鍛壓鋼件內外鍍鋅，鍍鋅層表面均勻，無銹蝕、無偏扣、亂絲、方扣、絲扣不全、角度不準等現象。特別是法蘭盤要內外鍍鋅，鍍鋅層完整，水線均勻、不得有斷裂、粘著污物等現象。
    2.1.2.2  有色金屬管道及管件：采用無縫銅管道及管件，管壁厚內外均勻，管皮內外表面光澤平滑，管件不得有絲扣不全、角度不準、偏扣、亂絲等現象。
    2.1.2.3  閥件：閥件到貨后，要做抽樣實驗，應無裂紋、鑄造外型美觀、內外規矩、開關靈活嚴密、手輪無損壞。
    2.1.2.4  設備：鹵代烷氣體鋼瓶、起動裝置箱及箱內附屬設備及零配件的規格、型號、尺寸、質量必須符合設計要求，其設備的零配件應齊全，外觀表面規整，無損傷。搬運時戴上瓶蓋，不能倒置、沖擊，慎重操作，不允許放在日光下直射及高溫、附近有

1 Scope
