窗臺板、暖氣罩安裝
本技術交底適用于一般建筑和高級建筑窗臺板、暖氣罩安裝工程。
1．材料要求
(1)由于制作材料的不同，窗臺板通常有以下幾種：木制窗臺板、水泥或水磨石窗臺板、磨光天然石料窗臺板和金屬窗臺板。
(2)暖氣罩多為木制，制作構造按設計要求。
(3)窗臺板、暖氣罩制作材料的品種、材質、顏色應按設計選用，木制品應控制含水率在12%以內，并做好防腐處理， 不允許有扭曲變形。
(4)安裝固定一般用角鋼或扁鋼做托架或掛架：窗臺板按設計構造一般直接裝在窗下墻頂面，用砂漿或豆石混凝土穩固。
2．主要機具
(1)電焊機、電動鋸石機、手電鉆。
(2)大刨子、小刨子、小鋸、錘子、割角尺、橡皮錘、靠尺板、20號鉛絲或小線、鐵水平尺、木折尺、螺絲刀。
3．作業條件
(1)安裝窗臺板的窗下墻，在結構施工時應根據選用窗臺板的品種，預埋木磚或鐵件。
(2)窗臺板長超過1500mm時，除靠墻兩端下木磚或鐵件外，中間應按500mm間距增埋木磚或鐵件；跨空窗臺板應按設計要求設支架。

3. Operating conditions
