工程名稱：洛陽歌劇院（人民會堂）
內容：
本工程地下室粉刷要求：20厚1：2水泥找平，乳化瀝青涂料刷三遍。
一、 材料要求：
1． 水泥：普通425#；
2．  砂 ：平均粒徑為0.35~0.5mm的中砂，使用前過篩；
3． 乳化瀝青涂料應放在干燥、陰涼處，以防變質和固化。
二、 操作工藝：
1． 基層處理：將墻面上殘余砂漿、污垢等清理干凈，并用水澆墻，將磚縫中的塵土沖掉，并將墻面濕潤。
2． 吊垂直，套方，找規矩，抹灰餅。
3． 沖筋，抹1：2水泥砂漿，用尺桿橫豎刮平，木抹子搓毛，終凝后澆水養護，再刷乳化瀝青涂料兩遍。
三、 質量標準：
1． 保證項目：所用的材料品種、質量必需符合設計要求，抹灰層于基底之間必需粘結牢固，無脫層，空鼓，裂縫等現象。
2． 基本項目：
1） 中級抹灰：表面光滑，潔凈，接搓平整，線角順直清晰。
