屋面保溫層
本技術交底適用于一般工業與民用建筑工程采用松散、板狀保溫材料和現澆整體保溫的屋面保溫層工程施工。
1.材料要求
所用材料的表觀密度、含水率、導熱系數等技術性能必須符合設計要求和施工規范的規定。應有質量證明文件。
松散的保溫材料應使用無機材料,如選用有機材料時,要先做好材料的防腐處理。
(1)松散材料:爐渣或水渣粒徑一般為5~40mm,不得含有石塊、土塊、重礦渣和未燃盡的煤塊,表觀密度為500~800kg/m3,導熱系數為0.16~0.25W/m.k。
(2)板狀保溫材料:外觀整齊,厚度應根據設計要求確定,使用前應按設計要求檢查其表觀密度導熱系數,含水率及強度。
A.泡沫混凝土板:表觀密度不大于500 kg/m3,抗壓強度應不低于0.4Mpa。
B.加氣混凝土板:表觀密度為500~600 kg/m3,抗壓強度應不低于0.2Mpa。
C.聚苯板塊:表觀密度為≤45 kg/m3,抗壓強度應不低于0.18Mpa,導熱系數為0.043W/m.k。
2.主要機具
一般應備有鐵鍬(平鍬)、木刮杠、水平(準)尺,手推車、木拍子等。
3.作業條件
(1)鋪設保溫材料的基層施工完,將預制構件的吊鉤、拖拉繩等清除干凈,殘留在構件外表的痕跡應磨平,抹入砂漿層內,經檢查驗收合格后,方可進行下道工序。

1. Material requirements

2. Major equipment
General should have shovels (flat spade), wood scraping bars, horizontal (quasi-) foot, trolley, wooden racket and so on.
3. Operating conditions
