一、前 言
建筑工程質(zhì)量通病是指建筑工程中經(jīng)常發(fā)生的、普遍存在的一些工程質(zhì)量問題,由于量大面廣,因此對建筑工程質(zhì)量危害很大,是進一步提高工程質(zhì)量的主要障礙。1995年,原省建委頒發(fā)了《關(guān)于印發(fā)〈廣東省消除建筑安裝工程質(zhì)量通病若干規(guī)定〉的通知》(粵建監(jiān)字[1995]144號,以下簡稱《若干規(guī)定》),全省各地按照《若干規(guī)定》的要求,采取切合實際的措施,經(jīng)過近10年的實踐,《若干規(guī)定》所列的質(zhì)量通病現(xiàn)象在我省房屋建筑工程中逐年減少,其中的部分措施已成為近幾年出臺的工程建設技術(shù)規(guī)范、標準的條文。實踐證明,抓好質(zhì)量通病防治工作是提高工程質(zhì)量的重要途徑。
近年來,我省建筑業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,由于相應的技術(shù)標準和措施的制訂相對滯后,傳統(tǒng)的施工工法已不適應工程建設的要求,一些新的質(zhì)量通病也隨之產(chǎn)生,以前一些不太關(guān)注的質(zhì)量通病,現(xiàn)在也日顯突出。例如:新型砌體開裂、滲漏,混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)板梁開裂,衛(wèi)生間、給水管暗敷滲漏,陽臺欄桿過低,電器設備無防雷接地等。這些質(zhì)量通病,有的縮短了建筑物的使用年限,有的
