在2006年這一年內的時間里，我兢兢業業做好本職業工作，積極自覺利用節假日參與設施廠的加班加點工作。用滿腔熱情積極、認真地完成好每一項任務，嚴格遵守設施廠的各項規章制度，認真履行崗位職責，自覺按章操作；平時生活中團結同事、不斷提升自己的團隊合作精神。本人主要職責是負責交通工程的土建安裝、項目管理、工程竣工資料以及工程預結算資料歸檔工作，兼顧現場施工技術管理員。
現將我的工作情況作如下匯報有如下幾點：
01. 負責G105線（溫泉～陳田段）交通整治工程 I 標、II 標和G107線（大沙地~東莞交界）交通整治工程的竣工資料整理歸檔，以及現場施工指揮無線交通信號燈工程和標志安裝等多項工作。從這三個工程項目管理中，我更透切了解和掌握交通安全設施工程管理的奧秘：
a、從安排材料和機械進場、構件生產任務通知單、桿件材料成品、倉庫購買材料記入、施工任務通知單、直至到工程竣工驗收結算等各方面工作，無不緊湊嚴密；安排得當合理與否，是影響工程進度的一個重要因素。
b、在廠各個部門同時要相互協調，使人力、物力、財力等資源得到更充分發揮，工程項目造價就會淋漓盡致地表現出來，能夠充分把握住控制成本。例如，生產構件和施工技術是否按足設計圖紙和施工圖紙以及施工技術規范要求，若不然到工程竣工驗收時，質量監督站勘查驗收會各項細節工作疏忽而定結論：該工程經過現場驗收情況觀察仍存在不少問題（施工工藝不符合設計要求；構件生產成品尺寸沒有達到設計值；竣工資料不齊全，缺少材料質量證明原件，無相關檢測報告等）。
c、在交通信號燈工程方面，要考慮現
