×××××××商住樓B幢工程，位于××市××路59號(hào)，該工程由×××實(shí)業(yè)公司投資興建，由××建筑設(shè)計(jì)院設(shè)計(jì)，由××市地質(zhì)工程勘察隊(duì)進(jìn)行該工程地質(zhì)勘察，由××市建筑安裝公司施工，由××市 ×× 建設(shè)工程監(jiān)理有限公司監(jiān)理。
綜合按建筑面積6950m2，框架結(jié)構(gòu)九層，建筑高度18.20，采用液壓樁基礎(chǔ)，樁徑為350*350、400*400，樁長(zhǎng)18~20m，單樁承載力650~850KN，樁承臺(tái)標(biāo)高-4.15米。主體為現(xiàn)澆鋼筋砼結(jié)構(gòu)，現(xiàn)澆柱截面由 × mm~ × mm不等，樓面砼板厚為100~150mm，墻體為180厚和120厚，采用MU10粘土磚，M7.5混合砂漿砌筑，外墻飾面貼60×240條形磚，內(nèi)墻天花批蕩，門(mén)窗采用白鋁綠玻鋁合金窗門(mén)和夾板門(mén)，水泥砂樓地面。屋面防水層采用面批1：2.5水泥砂漿20厚，掃SBS防水膠膜1.5厚，隔熱層砌180磚架空鋼筋砼板。該工程由2000年5月20日開(kāi)工，于2001年11月10日竣工。

Subject to cast reinforced concrete structure, cast column section by a × mm ~ × mm range, floor concrete thickness is 100 ~ 150mm, wall thickness and 120 to 180 thick, using MU10 brick, M7.5 mixed mortar masonry, wall finishes posted 60 × 240 bar tiles, interior wall plaster from ceilings, doors and windows with white aluminum alloy green glass windows and plywood doors, cement floor, ground sand. Surface layer of roofing cement batch 1:2.5 20 thick, sweeping SBS waterproof film 1.5 thick, insulating layer 180 blocks puzzle elevated reinforced concrete plate. The project by the May 20, 2000 started on November 10, 2001 completion.
