上海長江國際商貿中心住宅樓圍護工程施工組織設計.doc

1、前言
上海長江國際貿易中心住宅樓工程位于上海市寶山區江楊南路東側、殷高西路北側、高鏡路西側，由上海長江國際商業有限公司籌建。監理單位為上海申安建設工程監理有限公司，總承包單位為浙江海濱建設集團（滬）。圍護工程設計單位為上海現代建筑設計集團有限公司，設計采用復合土釘墻圍護及放坡大開挖兩種形式，基坑圍護的施工任務由武漢豐達地質工程有限公司上海分公司承擔。為保證圍護的質量及施工進度，滿足設計和建設方的要求，做到“優質、高效、安全、低耗、文明”的完成本項目，特編制本施工組織設計。
本施工組織設計根據下列依據編制而成：
一、 設計圖紙及其有關要求；
二、 現行的有關技術規程、規范：
1、 《上海長江國際貿易中心住宅部分巖土工程勘察報告》（2005-SH8）；
1 Introduction

To ensure the quality and construction progress of the envelope to meet the requirements of the design and construction side, to achieve "quality, efficient, safe, low power, civilization," the completion of this project, especially the preparation of the construction organization design.
The construction organization design compiled based on the following basis:
