1.1項(xiàng)目管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)
1.1.1文明、園丁、油建、紅山、紅旗、西北、曙光、教育、西北、朝陽(yáng)、紅波新村12棟住宅樓抗震加固工程若我公司有幸中標(biāo),將作為我公司重點(diǎn)工程，并選派具有類似工程施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)秀施工管理人員組成住宅樓抗震加固工程項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部。
工程將按項(xiàng)目法施工,實(shí)行項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)制，以項(xiàng)目合同和成本控制為主要內(nèi)容,以科學(xué)系統(tǒng)管理和先進(jìn)技術(shù)為手段,行使計(jì)劃、組織、指揮、協(xié)調(diào)、控制、監(jiān)督六項(xiàng)基本職能。項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部嚴(yán)格按照以GB/T9001模式標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建立的體系來運(yùn)作,形成以全面質(zhì)量管理為中心環(huán)節(jié),以專業(yè)管理和計(jì)算機(jī)輔助管理相結(jié)合的科學(xué)化管理體制，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)質(zhì)量、安全、文明施工的總管理，工程進(jìn)度、材料設(shè)備進(jìn)出場(chǎng)和施工搭接的總控制。同時(shí)，本著科學(xué)管理、優(yōu)質(zhì)高速、開拓敬業(yè)的原則，以塑造精品為目標(biāo)，發(fā)揮企業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)，確保本工程實(shí)現(xiàn)一流的承包管理、一流的文明施工、一流的工程質(zhì)量和一流的施工速度。
