第一章  編制說明
1.1 編制依據(jù)
1.1.1中昊源新城招標書——深圳市中昊源投資發(fā)展有限公司；
1.1.2 中昊源新城工程施工圖2000-002——由深圳市筑博工程設計有限公司設計；
1.1.3 現(xiàn)行國家有關(guān)工程施工規(guī)范、規(guī)程及技術(shù)標準；
1.1.4 廣東省及深圳市有關(guān)政策和文件規(guī)定；
1.1.5 我公司ISO9002質(zhì)量體系文件；
1.1.6 我公司多年來的高層建筑施工經(jīng)驗和施工管理能力及技術(shù)裝備水平。
1.2 編制說明
   本施工組織設計在編制時，我們本著爭創(chuàng)一流質(zhì)量、一流工期、為業(yè)主創(chuàng)效益、為企業(yè)爭信譽的指導思想，在ISO9002質(zhì)量體系的指引下，在施工部署及組織、各項技術(shù)措施的提出及應用、主要施工方法及設備、材料的投入、成品保護、文明施工、防滲漏措施等多個方面，結(jié)合我公司多年來高層建筑的施工經(jīng)驗及教訓，并在施工過程中能實現(xiàn)有效控制，以達到建設一流工程、樹立企業(yè)良好形象的
