銀河大廈位于濟(jì)南市較繁華地帶經(jīng)七緯二路口西南角，正對(duì)東方大廈，
是集營(yíng)業(yè)、高級(jí)辦公、培訓(xùn)中心、職工食堂、職工康樂設(shè)施、地下車庫(kù)、
地下人防及大型設(shè)備房等功能為一體綜合性建筑;總建筑面積為86098m２，
地下三層，地上四十二層，總高度175.60m。該工程主要包括通風(fēng)空調(diào)、消
防、給排水、強(qiáng)電、弱電等系統(tǒng)。
通風(fēng)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)包括地下三層及地上部分的采暖、通風(fēng)、空氣調(diào)節(jié)、供
熱及防煙排煙工程，主要設(shè)備包括有制冷機(jī)組、各類泵、換熱器、空調(diào)機(jī)
組、冷卻塔、各類風(fēng)機(jī)、風(fēng)機(jī)盤管、蒸汽發(fā)生器、蒸汽減壓裝置、水箱、
通風(fēng)器等。
消防系統(tǒng)包括室內(nèi)外消火栓系統(tǒng)、自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)、水幕消防系統(tǒng)、
CO2 自動(dòng)滅火系統(tǒng)、防火卷簾等部分組成，主要設(shè)備包括有各類水泵、噴頭，
