第一章  編制依據(jù)及說明
第一節(jié) 編制說明
一、本著對工程質(zhì)量的高度責(zé)任感和對業(yè)主負(fù)責(zé)，以達(dá)到合理利用發(fā)包人資金，確保工程“質(zhì)量優(yōu)、速度快、造價低、操作性強，我們編制的原則是：“經(jīng)濟(jì)、合理、優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效”。我們針對本工程設(shè)計特點和功能要求，以嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)目茖W(xué)態(tài)度向建設(shè)單位提供的優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)和保證質(zhì)量、工期等方面最優(yōu)化的建議。
二、本工程施工組織設(shè)計是嚴(yán)格按照工程招標(biāo)范圍和招標(biāo)文件及施工組織設(shè)計的要求進(jìn)行質(zhì)量策劃后編制的，在人員、機械、材料調(diào)配、施工方案、質(zhì)量要求，進(jìn)度安排等方面統(tǒng)一部署的原則下，由土建、安裝及裝飾等專業(yè)組成。
三、對本工程的投標(biāo)《施工組織設(shè)計》編制，公司予以高度重視并大力支持。公司由總工程師組織施工技術(shù)科、預(yù)算科、工程項目經(jīng)理、項目技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人以及公司機關(guān)和施工現(xiàn)場的技術(shù)人員共同研究、認(rèn)真領(lǐng)會工程設(shè)計意圖，并進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場踏勘。在此基礎(chǔ)上，我們編制了該方案，尤其對關(guān)鍵、重點及特殊部位的施工方案的編制詳實、具體，確保該《施工組織設(shè)計》重點突出、針對性和可操作性強。
四、本施工組織設(shè)計的編制內(nèi)容是依據(jù)四川省紡織工業(yè)設(shè)計院提供的工程施工圖及同類工程的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗編制的。我們在
