一、 編制說(shuō)明
作為本工程的施工方，我公司通過(guò)認(rèn)真研究和分析施工圖紙，廣泛聽(tīng)取有關(guān)古建專家的意見(jiàn)和建議，獨(dú)立編制了溫州護(hù)國(guó)寺修建工程的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)。本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)涵蓋了施工圖中本工程所包括的施工范圍內(nèi)的全部工程內(nèi)容---土建、安裝及配套工程，并且著重從工程承包商的角度，闡述了我公司對(duì)溫州護(hù)國(guó)寺修建工程的工程質(zhì)量、工期、安全、文明施工，服務(wù)協(xié)調(diào)，特別是關(guān)于質(zhì)量、工期等工作進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一管理的設(shè)想，以期高質(zhì)量、高效率的全面履行我公司作為承包商的職責(zé)。
為在將來(lái)的施工過(guò)程中，使本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)能切實(shí)指導(dǎo)施工，為樹(shù)精品工程服務(wù)，編制之前，我公司對(duì)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了詳盡的踏勘，組織相關(guān)人員學(xué)習(xí)國(guó)家、浙江省及溫州市的相關(guān)法律、法規(guī)，充分了解本地區(qū)的地方建筑特點(diǎn)、市場(chǎng)行情，熟悉工程圖紙，研讀招標(biāo)文件，掌握了我公司所施工的范圍、區(qū)域和管理職責(zé)；編制過(guò)程中，我公司多次有幸邀請(qǐng)到有關(guān)專家指導(dǎo)我們的編制工作，專家們提出了大量的、寶貴的、科學(xué)的、實(shí)施性很強(qiáng)的建議，從而使
