1、工程概況:
東華理工學(xué)院南昌校區(qū)位于南昌市新城區(qū),該項(xiàng)目由東華理工學(xué)院投資、北方設(shè)計(jì)研究院設(shè)計(jì),建筑面積9811平方米,總高度26.3米的三層建筑物。1F為綜合訓(xùn)練場、健身房、乒乓球館,2F為輔助用房,3F為觀眾廳和比賽廳。
本安裝工程包括電氣(強(qiáng)電和弱電)、生活給排水、消防、防排煙工程。給水系統(tǒng)由校區(qū)給水網(wǎng)直接供水。主要包括:生活給排水、消防栓等。室內(nèi)給水熱水用PP-R管、冷水用PP-B管熱熔連接,排水管采用U-PVC管,消防管采用焊接鋼管焊接連接,本工程的電氣安裝包括強(qiáng)電和弱電,強(qiáng)電包括:動(dòng)力和照明、電氣設(shè)備安裝及防雷接地系統(tǒng)安裝。弱電包括:電話及綜合布線系統(tǒng)、有線電視系統(tǒng)、監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、廣播系統(tǒng)和火災(zāi)自動(dòng)報(bào)警及聯(lián)動(dòng)等,諸多系統(tǒng)體現(xiàn)了大型現(xiàn)代化智能建筑功能齊全,自動(dòng)化程度高的特點(diǎn)。該工程的各樓層房間均設(shè)置機(jī)械通風(fēng)及排煙系統(tǒng)。
電氣弱電工程包括:綜合布線及消防報(bào)警。
2、施工部署及項(xiàng)目機(jī)構(gòu)組織
2.1、施工部署:
根據(jù)本工程的特點(diǎn),安裝工程合理安排施工人員, 按照“先下后上,先主管后支管,先干線后支線,先預(yù)制后安裝”的原則,實(shí)行平面分區(qū)、立體交叉作業(yè)的流水施工。為了給裝修及其他專業(yè)分包施工提供作業(yè)面,特別是水磨石地面施工前,安裝工程必須完成地面管線敷設(shè)、穿樓板的管道安裝及吊頂內(nèi)安裝施工等內(nèi)
1, Project Overview:

2, construction and project institutions and organizations to deploy
2.1, the construction plans:
