第一章 施工組織方案簡(jiǎn)介
一、工程概況
（一）工程名稱：
大邊大邊大東海佳新廣場(chǎng)裝修工程
（四）工程地點(diǎn)：
大邊市榆亞大道在東海購(gòu)物公園內(nèi)
（一）工程規(guī)模：
本工程建筑基底面積約為4300m2，總建筑面積約為21000m2，建筑層數(shù)為5層框架結(jié)構(gòu)。
（四）本次招標(biāo)范圍：
1、根據(jù)招標(biāo)文件及初步設(shè)計(jì)圖紙，聯(lián)系并安排在大邊當(dāng)?shù)鼐邆湎鄳?yīng)設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)（包括裝飾裝修、給排水、電氣工程等資質(zhì)）的設(shè)計(jì)院實(shí)施施工圖的繪制出圖。
2、實(shí)施相應(yīng)工程項(xiàng)目的務(wù)類向政府部門(mén)的報(bào)批、報(bào)驗(yàn)等工作，直至將本項(xiàng)目提交業(yè)主使用。
3、室內(nèi)工程
① 給排水工程（廣場(chǎng)給排水工程不包括在內(nèi)）。
② 商場(chǎng)內(nèi)燃?xì)夤こ獭?br />
③ 電氣工程，包括商場(chǎng)內(nèi)進(jìn)線電纜、管線、燈具、開(kāi)關(guān)插座等供應(yīng)和安裝（廣場(chǎng)插座工程不包括在內(nèi)）。
④ 空調(diào)機(jī)房所有進(jìn)線電纜、橋架及燈具、插座，一臺(tái)生活水泵、一臺(tái)氣壓罐的電氣控制箱及控制線路（機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)空調(diào)設(shè)備控制柜及其控制管線不包括在內(nèi)）。
