本工程為全現(xiàn)澆剪力墻結(jié)構高層住宅。其中基礎承臺屬于大體積混凝土，高度1.5m；地下二層層高3.66m，剪力墻厚度為300mm；其中局部（高低壓配電室）層高6.06m，剪力墻厚度為400mm。地下一層層高4.8m，局部層高1.8m、2.4m、3.0m，剪力墻厚度為300mm，零
