第一章  編制說明
【恒智天成】大廈是由【恒智天成】公司和【恒智天成】聯合開發建設，【恒智天成】設計研究院設計。該工程位于【恒智天成】，該工程設計新穎，風格獨特，是一幢該區域標志性建筑。本施工組織設計對其地上、地下各分部分項工程進行編制。

第一節 編制說明
本施工組織設計的編制依據如下：
1、【恒智天成】大廈工程招標文件；
2、【恒智天成】大廈工程建筑、結構及各專業施工圖；
3、【恒智天成】大廈工程的地質勘探報告；
4、現行國家有關施工及驗收規范、結構規范；
5、政府有關法規、法令。
由于編者水平有限，加之時間倉促，編制過程中難免出現不足之處，請各位專家及同仁批評指正。

 
第二章  工程概況

第一節 建筑特點
本工程占地面積【恒智天成】m2，總建筑面積【恒智天成】m2，工程由地下二層，地上二層商場，北邊三至七層為辦公樓，南邊三至九層為商住樓組成，建筑物
