第一章 總體概述
一、編制說明
1、本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)為我公司遞交我市報(bào)業(yè)印務(wù)有限責(zé)任公司新建綜合樓、車間及附屬房工程投標(biāo)文件之技術(shù)性文件,重點(diǎn)闡述了我公司對(duì)本工程施工管理中的有關(guān)設(shè)想、部署及主要采用的技術(shù)保障措施。
2、我們完全接受招標(biāo)文件提出的有關(guān)本工程施工質(zhì)量、施工進(jìn)度、安全、文明施工等一切要求,并落實(shí)各項(xiàng)施工方案和技術(shù)措施,與建設(shè)單位、監(jiān)理、設(shè)計(jì)共同為美好明天作出自己的貢獻(xiàn)。
3、通過認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)和研究了該工程的招標(biāo)文件、有關(guān)圖紙、答疑資料,并踏勘了施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng),在分析了各種影響施工的因素和本工程承包的特點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)后,我們有充分的信心,在工程安全施工前提下,保證以高質(zhì)量、高速度全面完成本工程招標(biāo)文件規(guī)定的承包范圍全部任務(wù)。
4、我們將全力以赴,盡快做好施工前期準(zhǔn)備和施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)設(shè)施的總體規(guī)劃布置工作。發(fā)揮我公司管理優(yōu)勢(shì),建立完善的項(xiàng)目管理組織機(jī)構(gòu),落實(shí)嚴(yán)格的責(zé)任制,實(shí)施在建設(shè)、監(jiān)理單位的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督管理下的項(xiàng)目總承包管理制度。通過對(duì)勞動(dòng)力、機(jī)械設(shè)備、材料、技術(shù)、方法和信息的優(yōu)化處置,實(shí)現(xiàn)工期、質(zhì)量、安全及社會(huì)信譽(yù)的預(yù)期目標(biāo)效果。
