一、施工組織設(shè)計編制說明
（一）編制依據(jù)
1、某禹門口至閻良高速公路土建工程C01合同段招標(biāo)文件、參考資料、標(biāo)前答疑及有關(guān)補(bǔ)遺資料。
2、某省公路勘察設(shè)計院提供的有關(guān)設(shè)計圖紙、設(shè)計文件、設(shè)計資料。
3、交通部頒發(fā)的現(xiàn)行規(guī)范、規(guī)程、規(guī)則、驗標(biāo)、公路工程施工定額、概預(yù)算編制辦法。
4、現(xiàn)場踏勘調(diào)查所獲得的有關(guān)資料。
5、我公司擁有的科技工法成果和現(xiàn)有的管理水平、勞力設(shè)備、技術(shù)能力，以及長期從事公路建設(shè)所積累的豐富的施工經(jīng)驗。
（二）編制范圍
某禹門口至閻良高速公路土建工程C01合同段，即設(shè)計里程K0+000～K11+750全長11.75Km范圍內(nèi)的土建工程，內(nèi)容包括路基、路面、橋梁、立交、沿線設(shè)施等，達(dá)到交通部頒發(fā)的現(xiàn)行的交付驗收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并辦理交驗為止的全過程。
（三）編制原則
1、嚴(yán)格遵守招標(biāo)文件所規(guī)定的工程施工工期，招標(biāo)合同條款以及招標(biāo)文件的各項要求，根據(jù)工程的特點(diǎn)和輕重緩急，分期分批組織施工，在工期安排

(B) the preparation of the scope of
Yanliang Yumenkou to civil works of a highway contract C01 segment, which designs mileage K0 +000 ~ K11 +750 full 11.75Km within the civil works, including roadbed, road, bridge, interchange, along the facilities, to transportation issued by the Ministry of delivery of acceptance of existing standards and handle the whole process up for examination.
(C) Basis of preparation
