（一）編制依據(jù)
1、北京城市鐵路股份有限公司發(fā)放的《招標文件》、07標段設計圖及答疑資料等。
2、國家、北京市相關法律、法規(guī)、規(guī)章和技術標準；
3、對以往類似工程的施工經驗和我單位現(xiàn)有的技術裝備和機械施工的能力；
4、建筑工程、鐵路工程、公路工程及其它相關規(guī)范、標準；
5、現(xiàn)場調查情況
（1）設計單位的設計意圖；
（2）沿線道路、房屋、電力、水源等；
（3）當?shù)貧夂蚣白匀粭l件；
（4）取土場及輕軌鐵路工程所需材料來源地點、可供量、質量標準；
6、目前我單位計劃參加施工的專業(yè)施工隊伍及機械設備。

（二）編制原則
1、滿足招標文件提出的工期要求、質量要求，確保施工安全和環(huán)境保護；
2、專業(yè)工程由專業(yè)施工隊伍施工，并提高機械化施工水平；
3、分部工程分段分項連續(xù)施工，優(yōu)化施工方案，提高施工效率；
4、采用成熟的施工技術和工藝。
5、單體橋工程跨越城市道路工程，施工時保證行車行人安全及不阻斷交通。
(A) prepared on the basis

6, now my unit plans to attend a professional construction team and construction machinery.

(B) Basis of preparation

2, professional engineering construction by a professional construction team, and raise the level of mechanization of construction;
3, sub-sub-division of continuous construction projects, optimize the construction program to improve construction efficiency;
