交底內容:
一、施工組織設計文件內容:
本施工組織設計共六章:第一章工程概述;第二章組織機構;第三章施工總平面布置及臨時工程;第四章施工方案、施工方法;第五章施工進度計劃;第六章工期、質量、安全、文明環保目標及保證體系。
二、下面就各章有關的主要內容作一介紹,著重介紹施工方案方法和施工進度計劃,以及完成計劃目標的技術、質量、安全方面的主要事項。
(一)第一章:工程概況
1、工程規模:本工程施工里程為K0+016~K3+292.157,含K1+214~K1+323.795段西涌橋一座。設計為城市次干道,寬度28米。
2、工程工期:合同開工日期為2004年12月30日,竣工日期為2005年5月28日。
3、工程質量目標為廣州市優良樣板工程。
4、路基:主要為填方路基。軟土處理完畢后填砂填筑路基,并采用粘土包邊植草。軟土路基處理方式,主車道采用深層攪拌樁復合地基,人行道和綠化帶采用袋裝砂井處理方法。
5、西涌橋為預應力簡支板梁結構。施工部位至3#墩。
6、排水工程:排水管道為雨水管道。
7、工程特點:
①軟基處理工程量大,對后續工程和工期有很大影響;
②雨季施工,受雨天氣候影響大。
③交叉施工單位多,對外和內部協調工作量大。
④橋梁水上作業和吊裝難
