交底內(nèi)容:
    1加工成型的鋼筋應(yīng)按規(guī)格品種堆放整齊。當(dāng)用墊木墊起時(shí)，需安放足夠的墊木，保證鋼筋不被壓彎變形。
    2.成型鋼筋的運(yùn)輸保護(hù)。成型鋼筋在裝車(chē)及卸車(chē)的過(guò)程應(yīng)按注意保護(hù)，分類(lèi)捆扎裝車(chē)；當(dāng)采用人工卸車(chē)時(shí)不能亂拋鋼筋，造成變形。
    3.成型鋼筋需堆放較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間時(shí)，須注意防雨，防止鋼筋銹蝕。
    4.由于采用逆作法施工，在往下輸送鋼筋時(shí)，不得采用人工拋擲，造成鋼筋難以調(diào)整變形，影響鋼筋的綁扎的質(zhì)量。
    5.樓板鋼筋采用雙面鋼筋時(shí)，應(yīng)加足夠的鋼筋凳以保護(hù)底、面網(wǎng)筋的間距，并用木板等物在鋼筋面鋪設(shè)必要的臨時(shí)走道，施工人員須沿過(guò)道行走，必要時(shí)可沿梁位，盡量不要踩踏板筋，特別是支座負(fù)筋。
    6.澆灌砼時(shí)，砼輸送管應(yīng)用鋼筋凳支起，拆管時(shí)不得將管亂拋，應(yīng)輕放。
7.對(duì)于剪力墻鋼筋，安裝模板時(shí)，不能由于鋼筋綁扎偏位或埋管件而隨便割除鋼筋，應(yīng)經(jīng)技術(shù)人員
