廣州南沙開發區黃閣東二路道路工程路基填筑技術交底.doc

交底內容：
本工程的路基填筑在軟基處理完成后先攤鋪30cm厚碎石墊層，再鋪一層40型雙向土工格柵，接著鋪筑20cm厚中粗砂墊層，然后進行吹填砂路基的施工，最后采用粘土進行包邊和封頂。具體要求如下：
一、碎石墊層施工
軟基處理工程完成經檢測合格后，在其上鋪30cm厚級配碎石墊層。
1. 準備工作：
（1） 鋪筑前，將路床所有浮土、雜物清除干凈，并嚴格整型和壓實使其符合設計圖紙要求。
（2） 路床表面上的車轍或松軟部分和壓實不足的地方以及任何不符合規定要求的表面都應翻松、清除或摻填同類材料重新進行整修碾壓。
（3） 施工前對路床進行復驗，同時保證臨時排水設施的完好。
（4） 恢復中線測量：直線段每20～25m設一樁，平曲線每10～15m設一樁。
2. 攤鋪：
（1） 分層平行攤鋪，每層鋪設的寬度，應超出路堤的設計寬度30cm，以保證修整路基邊坡后的路堤邊緣有足夠的壓實度。
（2） 采用重型振動壓路機碾壓時，一層壓實厚度不宜超過30cm。根據所配置的壓路機械，壓實總厚度超過一層壓實厚度時應分層攤鋪，但每層壓實厚度不得小于10cm。
（3） 攤鋪必須用經監理工程師批準的機械進行作業，將集料按松鋪厚度均勻地攤鋪在規定的寬度上。
3. 拌和及整型：
（1） 級配碎石的最大粒徑不應超過31.5mm（方孔篩），壓碎值不應大于26%。碎石中不應含有粘土塊、植物等有害物質，針片狀顆粒總含量不應超過20%。
（2） 拌和結束后，其含水量應稍高于最佳含水量，以彌補碾壓過程中的水分消耗。
在整型過程中，必須禁止任何車輛通行。                             (轉下頁)

3. Mixing and integer:
(1) maximum size gravel gradation shall not exceed 31.5mm (square hole sieve), crushing the value should not exceed 26%. Stone blocks should not contain clay, plants and other harmful substances, the total content of flat-elongated particles should not exceed 20%.
(2) After mixing, the water content should be slightly higher than the optimum water content, to make up for the water consumption of rolling process.
